Description of Endorsement:

The Educational Technology (NP) endorsement allows elementary and secondary-level teachers to use technology resources for their own class instruction and for student learning classes for which they hold other endorsements. They will be well-prepared to teach computers, computer literacy, word processing, keyboarding, computer applications, web design, and introduction to the Internet. The College of Education will recommend teachers for the Educational Technology endorsement upon successful completion of all required coursework.

All coursework toward a graduate degree must be completed within a seven year period.

Upon completion of all program requirements, students must submit a completed endorsement application on the MOECS website at http://www.michigan.gov/moecs to add this endorsement to their teaching certificate.
