This exhibition features sculptures by Rob Neilson and illustrations by Lance Jackson. Both artists explore the concept of narrative behind representations of public figures. Neilson uses abstraction in his sculptures, interested in what the viewer brings to the artwork instead of creating a faithful portrait. Jackson uses his journalistic background to present the figures along with the quotes those individuals are known for.

September 16th - October 4th, 2019

This exhibition features artwork by regional artists invited by the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum to exhibit and donate work to support the Museum’s annual fundraising gala which includes a silent and live auction.

October 14th - November 8th, 2019

This exhibition features mixed-media textiles by Susan Moran, an artist and educator living in Ann Arbor, MI. Her work explores the environment through world textile techniques, both traditional and contemporary. She received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her M.F.A. in Textiles from the University of Michigan.

November 18th - December 13th, 2019
Reception: November 21st, 4 – 6 p.m.

This exhibition features artwork by the Bachelor of Fine Arts candidates and serves as a completion of their undergraduate program. Graduating students are Danielle Cecil and Shelby Thurston.
