Vicki Vanameyden & Ginger Owen "Heritage Habitats" January 11 - February 5, 2016   Thursday, January 21  LECTURE 3:00pm - 4:00pm RECEPTION 4:30pm - 6:30pm

This exhibition will showcase the collaborative works of Vicki Vanameyden and Ginger Owen.  Emphasizing the use of photomechanical processes and non-traditional or mixed media, "Heritage Habitats" illuminates concepts of impermanence and personal vs. collective histories.   For more information on this exhibition.

CYBERSPACE III February 15 - March 4, 2016   Reception Thursday, February 25, 2016 4:30 - 6:30 pm

February 2016 the University Art Gallery and the SVSU Department of Art is hosting a juried digital fine arts competition "Cyberspace III Competition," which is open to any artist within the state of Michigan using a digital imaging device such as a digital camera or scanner and/or digital imaging program in the creation of their work. High School Invitational March 14 - April 8, 2016   Reception Thursday March 24, 2016 4:30pm - 7:00pm

For some, the creative process starts at a very young age but truly doesn't come to fruition until the high school years. The Art Department at SVSU strongly supports this stage of creative development by high school students. This exhibition honors and celebrates the great creative work being done through the efforts of high school teachers and their students.

Student Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition Alison Bur Myles Roznowski April 18 - May 7, 2016   Reception Thursday, April 21, 2016 4:30pm - 7:00pm
