For some, the creative process starts at a very young age but truly doesn't come into fruition until the high school years. The Art Department at SVSU strongly supports this stage of creative development by high school students. This exhibition honors and celebrates the great creative work being done through the efforts of high school teachers and their students. The exhibition consists of works created in a variety of different mediums including photography, painting, ceramics, mixed media and drawings.
This exhibition features student artwork from the following: Bay City Central High School, Bay City Western, Carlton Heston Academy, Corunna, Dow High, Freeland High School, Heritage, Hemlock, John Glenn High School, Merrill and Nouvel Catholic Central High School.There are over 155 works by area students from from 14 different area highschool art teachers.
