Award-Winning Work


University Communications professionals are members of the Great Lakes Bay Regional Chapter of the American Advertising Federation, and received six ADDYS for excellence in advertising in 2007 for Saginaw Valley State University. These works include the Undergraduate Viewbook, Undergraduate Admissions recruitment postcards, Undergraduate Admissions magazine advertisement, Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum invitation for Saints, Sinners + Sauvignon, Foundation campaign brochure, and Reflections magazine.

The Office of University Communications...


...serves as the university’s public information center, communicating the university’s mission, programs, and services to on- and off-campus audiences through publications, news media, Web sites and other outlets.

The Office of University Communications also is charged with developing, interpreting and communicating SVSU’s image, mission and goals for a variety of target audiences.
