Ming Chuan Endowed Multilingual Writing Awards

The purpose of the Ming Chuan Endowed Multilingual Writing Awards is to recognize outstanding undergraduate writing by SVSU students for whom English is not their native language.

Two awards will be given to two undergraduate multilingual students who have written an essay for any undergraduate course at SVSU, in any discipline.

Essays written since Winter semester 2023 may be submitted for these awards. Students may self-nominate. A letter of support from a faculty member in whose class the writing was assigned must be included in the application.
