We’ll cover the project timeline, showcase a preview of Workday’s features and provide details on training opportunities to help you prepare. SVSU is undergoing a significant transformation with the implementation of Workday, a modern, cloud-based system replacing integrated systems such as Colleague. This comprehensive platform seamlessly integrates financial, human resources, payroll and student information systems, streamlining operations and simplifying data management, ultimately enhancing user experience. Moreover, the upcoming integration of Workday will further enhance efficiency by replacing Self-Service.This transition aims to:
- Automate processes, granting real-time visibility and access to data for faculty, staff, and students.
- Improve end-user experiences through self-service capabilities, enabling better management of responsibilities.
- Facilitate strategic planning by adapting to evolving enrollment numbers, class availability, tuition, grants, staffing, and other variables.
