Cornell Boggs III, will serve as the keynote speaker for the seventh annual Great Lakes Bay Regional Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Malcolm Field Theatre for Performing Arts at Saginaw Valley State University.
