Project ECHO: A Revolution in Medical and Care Delivery

Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a collaborative model of medical education and care management that empowers clinicians everywhere to provide better care to more people, right where they live. It is a lifelong learning and guided practice model that revolutionizes medical education and exponentially increase workforce capacity to provide best-practice specialty care and reduce health disparities. The heart of the ECHO model is its hub-and-spoke knowledge-sharing networks, led by expert teams who use multi-point videoconferencing to conduct virtual clinics with community providers. In this way, primary care doctors, nurses, and other clinicians learn to provide excellent specialty care to patients in their own communities.

Join Project ECHO to access free Category 1 CME credits, Social Work Continuing Education Credit, and substance use-focused credit. Receive consultative services from Saginaw Valley State University providers, learn best practices, and join a supportive peer network. By participating, you'll deliver specialty care, engage in case-based education, and reinforce best practices across medical disciplines. Join us to enhance patient care and expand your professional network.
