Freshmen and Freshman Transfers (First Year Suites and Living Centers: Includes Housing and Meals)

First time in college students (Incoming freshmen and freshman transfers) living on campus are required to be on a meal plan regardless of room placement. Rates include meals.
Meal Plans (Mandatory)
Meals per week do not roll over from week to week. Declining balance dollars roll over week to week and from fall to winter. Dollars must be expended in the winter semester or are forfeited.
- Unlimited meals per week and receive $250 declining balance dollars to use in any dining location
- 14 meals per week and receive $350 declining balance dollars to use in any dining location
- 11 meals per week and receive $450 declining balance dollars to use in any dining location

Semester-Based (Block) Meal Plans may be combined with Declining Balance (DB) Meal Plans. Unexpended meals and unexpended declining balance dollars roll over from the fall to the winter semester. However, any remaining meals and DBs are forfeited at the end of the winter semester. Meal plans are automatically renewed for the winter semester. Students have the first five days of each fall or winter semester to change the meal plan. Upgrading or reloading is allowed anytime.
