Early / Middle College Transferring Credits
Early/Middle College programs allow high school students to earn both their high school diploma and college credits, sometimes even completing an associate degree, through an extended high school experience. Like Dual Enrollment, participating in Early/Middle College does not make you a transfer student as long as all your college credits are earned before high school graduation (13th year). You will still be eligible for freshman scholarships, ensuring that your advanced learning opportunities do not impact your freshman status or access to financial aid.
To see how your credits will transfer, please use our Transfer Equivalency Tool. This tool lets you check how credits from your Michigan-based school will transfer with a passing grade. If you attended an out-of-state school or have any questions, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with one of our Admissions Representatives to review your credits!
