Conference Lodging

At SVSU, our residence halls have been voted #2 best dorms in the country! Your conference itinerary includes early mornings and evening activities. Stay on campus, close to the Institute! Conference attendees will be staying in Living Centers South and Southwest and MJ Brandimore House.

Upon registration, an SVSU representative will contact you to confirm lodging preferences. All conference attendees will have their own private bedroom (unless double occupancy is requested). There are a limited number of single efficiency units available. Individuals (attending without a team) will be given priority to efficiency rooms. School teams are encouraged to consider the four or five bedroom apartment units with shared bathrooms, living room/ kitchen.

Linens and Toiletries

All conference attendees will be provided a linen pack on their mattress upon arrival. The linen packs include:

Pillow/Pillowcase
Bottom Sheet
Top Sheet
Blanket
Towel
Washcloth
Bathmat

Toilet paper, trash bag, cups, bar soap will be provided in the bathrooms.
Attendees are responsible for their own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.) Attendees should bring all personal care items.

Double Efficiency Floor Plan

2-3 person, shared bedroom accommodations. Ideal for the conference attendee bringing a spouse/partner. Extra long twin beds only. Private bathroom within unit and kitchenette. Building access with brass key for main lobby only and unit door.

Triple Efficiency Floor Plan

Three person, shared bedroom accommodations. Ideal for the conference attendee bringing a spouse/partner. Extra long twin beds only. Private bathroom within unit and kitchenette. Building access with brass key for main lobby only and unit door.
