The Amphitheater is a classroom used by all Health and Human Services programs.

The Amphitheatre is state-of-the-art multi-media classroom with all the latest information technology tools that enhance the teaching-learning experience of students and faculty members. It has a seating capacity for 44 students.

Meet: SimMan
Manikin Simulator in West Simulation Lab

SimMan is a realistic, life-size interactive adult simulator used for the education of healthcare professionals.  SimMan can breathe, speak, and has a heartbeat. The manikin can be utilized for starting IV’s, giving injections, and CPR training.

  • multiple ceiling mounted high definition cameras with joystick control 
  • lecture capture equipped with auto tracking camera system
  • dual high definition projectors
  • polycom videoconference technology 
  • confidence monitor for faculty
