Cardinals for Special Olympics

Cardinals for Special Olympics coordinates a successful Area 22 Special Olympic spring game at SVSU. We provide volunteers, ‌funding, and participants in the games. We also take part in other activities dealing with Area 22 Special Olympics providing more volunteer opportunities and focus on the R-Word Campaign and the Polar Plunge. Learn more on Engage!

Student Council for Exceptional Children

‌SCEC has weekly meetings where guest speakers and fellow students speak about children with special needs and all types of disabilities that are out there. We participate in the Special Olympics and Relay for Life along with many other volunteer opportunities. We welcome any major, not just Education, because on any given day you may meet someone with a special need or disability. It’s always great to learn something new!
