Campus Visits: Explore what makes SVSU unique!
The Cardinal Partnership Program proudly invites students from SVSU-authorized charter schools to explore Saginaw Valley State University’s main campus. These specialized SVSU SUPO tours go beyond typical campus tours, offering an in-depth look into the dynamic experiences, academic programs, and resources available at SVSU. We believe that stepping onto campus is a powerful way for students to visualize themselves in a college environment, sparking inspiration and expanding their view of what higher education can offer.
Through our strong partnership with the SVSU Admissions Office, the Cardinal Partnership Program organizes visits throughout the year, providing charter school students with meaningful insights into university life. If the scheduled dates we provide don’t align with a school’s availability, academies are welcome to explore additional options directly through the Admissions link to find an ideal visit date.
Our mission is to extend our outreach intentionally and collaboratively, working closely with our partner academies to provide unique, impactful opportunities for their students to see themselves at SVSU and envision their future.

This visit is organized by the Cardinal Partnership Office and is available on select dates, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

These visits are organized by the SVSU Admissions Office in partnership with the Cardinal Partnership Office. The Cardinal Partnership Program (CPP) will cover the costs of transportation and food. Academies are responsible for arranging transportation and will be reimbursed up to $1,500. For assistance with additional dates, please contact: smvanhor@svsu.edu.
