The Academic Advisement Center has moved to remote advising services to allow you to continue to work with our advisors. We will now offer online and phone appointments only. Please see below for information on how to access each of these services:
Online Appointments: Through Office 365, SVSU has access to Microsoft Teams. This is a free, downloadable app that works on desktop and mobile devices by signing in with your SVSU username and password (instructions for download below). This software will allow advisors to speak with you via audio call while providing screen sharing capabilities. Visit our Bookings Page to schedule an appointment.
Phone Appointments: Advisors may able to answer many questions via phone. Please call our mainline at 989-964-4286 and we will connect you with an advisor.
Additionally, Advisors are regularly monitoring email and are happy to communicate with you electronically. Feel free to direct questions to any of our advisors or to our office email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will continue to do our best to answer your questions during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
