Positioning: Tagline

A tagline is a short version of the brand promise. The SVSU brand promise is condensed to what becomes our tagline: “Something More. Something Better.”


The tagline should appear on all direct advertising (print ads, billboards, TV/radio commercials). It may, or not, appear on publications; that is a creative and marketing decision that should be made collaboratively by the department or college and University Communications.
