Procedure

1. Write a draft of the Operating Guide.
2. Have the Guide reviewed and approved by the authorized individual or group (see Operations Manual 1.0-1).
3. Send the Guide to the appropriate control office (see Operations Manual 1.0-1) for inclusion in the Operations Manual.
