The Office of Multicultural Services assists students with assimilating, social and academically, into the University community and culture.  The office is responsible for developing and implementing academic support services and student assistance, designed to increase the retention of minority students and their persistence-to-graduation rates at the University.  Although the office’s primary focus is minority students, any SVSU student who seeks help and assistance from the office is welcomed and served, regardless of ethnicity.
