The art of folding paper began in China during the first century A.D. In this three-hour class you will see a variety of folds and have fun making four different creations. This class will help you to hone your geometry, logic, sequencing and motor skills as well as become a folder-teacher yourself. All supplies will be included. The class will be led by Wayne O’Brien, OLLI member and Origami enthusiast.

Pickleball is quickly becoming a very popular game for all ages! It combines elements of ping pong, tennis and badminton. It is played with a perforated plastic wiffle ball and a wood or composite paddle. It is easy for beginners to learn, but it can be a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. In this class you learn the basic terminology, rules and strokes. Then you’ll have time to play with the other participants. The class will be led by OLLI pickleball enthusiasts. Paddles and balls will be provided, or bring your own.
