Right click on the column header and select columns. Remove the check next to the items you don't want to view. Add a check next to the items you want to view.
In the Image Now Viewer, right click on the blue bar at the bottom and select Custumize. Click on the Options tab at the top. Check the box Large icons to turn on the large icons or deselect the box for small icons.
In the Image Now Viewer, click on the View menu at the top and select Thumbnails, or you can hit the F9 key on your keyboard to toggle this on/off.
In the Image Now Explorer, hi-light a document and drag it to your desktop to create a shortcut back to the document.
Press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh any screen in Image Now
xplorer viewIn the Image Now Explorer, with a document highlighted, right click on the column and select Edit Document Keys. The changes are saved when you click or highlight another document.
In the Image Now Explorer, click on the File menu at the top and select Options. On the left, click on Grid Appearance. You can change the text, background, row, selection, line, and sort colors. Most common is to change the Selection color. Highlight the one you wish to change and click on the ... button to the right. Select a color and click OK, and then click OK again.
At the ImageNow toolbar, click on Settings at the top and select Options. On the left, click on Batches. Click on 'Remember document key values between links'.
