How do I omit questions?

Fill out the Questions to be omitted section on the Exam Request Header Sheet.

How do I indicate the weight value per question?

Fill out the Weight of each question section on the Exam Request Header Sheet.

What weight values are available?

Any point value is acceptable, including fractional point values.

Can I have multiple answers correct for one question?

Yes, you can have up to 5 correct answers per question. Bubble each correct answer on the same key and fill out the Questions with multiple answers section on the Exam Request Header Sheet.

Do I still need the purple header sheet?

No, this sheet is no longer needed.
