Any Informer user can use the Informer forum located at http://delivery.entrinsik.com/portal/index.php . You must register first using the "register" link in top right. Entrinsik prefers that only IT staff email their support, so if that's needed, work with your programmer.
To explode multi-value fields, use Normalize.
In the DATA tab, after you have the report results, click on the Analytics tab. Under the field name, click the Total box.
