It is very important that you log out of Colleague or Datatel at the end of the day.  Processes are run at night that require all users to be logged off. If you need access beyond the posted times, please call I.T. Support Center at x4225 to discuss availablity. Please note, if you leave your connection inactive for one hour, you will be automatically logged out. The system tape backup is performed at 12:30a.m. everyday. No one is allowed access during the backup time.


Colleague is available:
Daily 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Informer is available:
Monday - Thursday 3:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 3:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Sunday 1:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Scheduling of unattended reports should be within the following days & times:
Monday - Thursday 3:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 3:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
