Getting Enrolled in Benefits

New Employee Orientation - Information and Registration

The New Employee Orientation, conducted by Human Resources, provides a comprehensive introduction to employment at SVSU, including employee benefits.

New Employees should bring the following information to the session:

• Information about family members to be included in insurance coverage (spouse/dependents), including name, Social Security Number, and date of birth
• Beneficiary information including name, address, Social Security Number, and date of birth
• Personal Identification for completing the I-9 Form (for a list of approved documents, click here (142kB) )
