SVSU has no formal application deadline for domestic students, however; applicants are encouraged to apply at least two months prior to the start of a semester to assure the best selection of classes.

Official transcripts must be sent directly from the university to our office. We do not accept transcripts that are issued to the student as official.
Full-time status is 9 credits.
You must be taking a minimum of 5 credits to qualify for student loans. Please visit the Financial Aid portion of our website for more information.

In order to transfer credits you would need approval. To obtain approval, pick up a form from the Graduate Programs office. You will need to complete the form with appropriate course numbers and descriptions and take it to the program coordinator and dean for approval. Once approved, take the form to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
Certain programs require the GMAT or GRE for admission. Under special circumstances the GMAT or GRE may be waived. For more information contact the program coordinator.
