Inclusions Advocates contribute to the equality of search and screening processes which lead to effective hiring decisions. The roles and responsibility of Inclusion Advocates are a formalized part of the hiring process and help committee members and hiring leaders fully embrace the value-added from Inclusion Advocates' participation in search and screening activities.
