Special Education Seminars - TE 445
Fall 2013
University Center Campus
- Monday, August 19, 2013 - Orientation for all TE 460 and TE 660 students teaching in another person's classroom - 8:30-1:00 p.m. - Ott Auditorium (located in the Regional Education Center building. Own classroom students will attend at 12:15 p.m. in the Regional Education Center building.
- Student teachers will attend additional small group seminars as arranged by your University Supervisor
Macomb Campus
- All TE 460 and TE 660 students teaching in their own classroom are required to attend an orientation meeting on Thursday, September 5, 2013. TE 460 from 5:00-5:45 p.m. at the Macomb Regional Education Center, room 101. TE 660 will meet from 6:00-6:45 p.m. in room 101.
- Student teachers will attend additional small group seminars as arranged by your University Supervisor
Winter 2014
University Center Campus
- Tuesday, January 7, 2014 - Orientation for TE 460 and TE 660 in another person's classroom (own classroom students NOT required to attend) - 8:30-1:00 p.m. - Ott Auditorium.
- Student teachers will attend additional small group seminars as arranged by your University Supervisor
- Own classroom students will be notified by their SVSU Supervisor for time and location of the mandatory orientation date.
Macomb Campus
- All TE 460 and TE 660 students teaching in their own classroom are required to attend an orientation meeting (date to be determined).
- Student teachers will attend additional small group seminars as arranged by your University Supervisor
Information meetings for applying to Student Teach for the Fall 2014 Semester
Applications for STUDENT TEACHING for the FALL 2014 SEMESTER will be accepted on-line November 1 - November 30, 2013.
Students must attend ONE meeting before applying (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
