Students voice concern over campus emergency stations
Students both on campus and off are beginning to question the value of six emergency stations placed throughout SVSU. Questions regarding their inability to report location, the University's job of informing students of their existence and use and other weaknesses in the system have left some worried that the stations will not be as effective as intended if an emergency were to occur. »

Students get free flowers courtesy of Angela's Flowers of Saginaw at the Cards' Party in the Student Center on Thursday. Campus organizations and offices, as well as local businesses gave away merchandise and potential job information to students.
One of the youngest members of the Xochiquetzal dance group gets the finishing touches on her make-up before performing at the Festival de Libertad Hispanic Independance Celebration. The group is a non-profit organization compiled of dancers ages 5-26 to keep the Mexican heritage alive.
