Cardinals Cook

Led by SVSU Executive Chefs; students will learn and demonstrate basic culinary skills and knowledge. General safety, food safety, food handling, and cooking terminology will be emphasized. Students will learn and practice correct knife skills, meal prepping, and grilling techniques. Preparation and professional delivery of a meal will be completed.
