Shelly Reminder

     Cardinal athletics got a shot of Red Pride when Shelly Reminder joined the athletic team. Her enthusiasm and love of the Cardinals were the springboard for the successful "Red Pride" campaign which she helped spearhead.
     Reminder has been with SVSU since 1989, joining the University staff as a transcript clerk in the Registarar's office before transferring to the Housing office in 1995. After serving as that office's adminstrative secretary for over five years, she moved to the Athletics department, where she has been the Adminstrative Assistant to the Athletic Director ever since.
     She is responsible for game management for football as well as the men's and women's basketball teams and also helps coordinate information for the Cardinal fan bus trips and SVSU tailgate area. A huge sports fan, she loves to support her beloved Cardinals!
     Reminder and her husband, Ed, have three children: Jacob (10), Rachel (8), and Nathan (6).
