Williams is a recent graduate of the MAS program who currently works in higher education. For Raven, it was the breadth of the degree that drew her to the program. Knowing she wanted a career in upper-level administration but not set on any particular career path, she found the degree to be perfect for her open-ended pursuit.
Raven also felt that small class sizes enhanced the learning experience, and she liked the large number of hands-on projects and the real-life case studies she had to work on, saying they helped her to learn to think both critically and creatively. "It helps me (in my current position) when I have to come up with new strategies on how to resolve an issue, or to come up with new ideas for a program."
